Truly enjoyed our 2 nights here. All the personnel was flexible and affable. It was reasonably large, particularly good and with comfy bed. The hotel had quiet location just next door to centre of Portloe as well as Truro. The food was great, had a good choice of options. This place was just what we needed, can recommend.

The staff was exceptionally friendly - I would have stayed for longer. Loved staying at the guest room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as were the pillows. It was in a magnificent location really close to centre of Portloe and Truro. Again, it was 5 mins drive from Kiberick Cove Public Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming inn tucked away in a beautiful Cornish fishing village. The location near the small harbour and South West Coastal Path was perfect for exploring the stunning coastal scenery. Our room was incredibly comfortable with a cozy bed and a refreshing shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, setting us up for a great day of adventure. The staff made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. Despite the village being quiet, there was a lovely atmosphere in the pub. The only downside was that the dinner options could have been more innovative, but the lunch and breakfast more than made up for it. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Ship Inn and would highly recommend it for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

From the moment we stepped into the room, we were greeted with the most delightful aroma. The air was infused with the sweet scent of freshly brewed coffee, which instantly put a smile on our faces. We felt like we were waking up in a charming café, ready to start our day on a caffeine-fueled high.
Lack of walking information.

The Ship Inn exceeded all our expectations! The staff were super friendly and the location couldn't have been better. We loved being near the small harbour and the South West Coastal Path. Plus, they had karaoke and a casino, perfect for us as we love a good karaoke night and some fun at the casino!

The location was perfect, situated near a small harbor and just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking South West Coastal Path. The inn itself provided a cozy and comfortable experience, with a well-appointed room featuring a truly comfortable bed and a refreshing shower. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day. While dinner could have been more imaginative, the lunches were delectable. Despite the village being popular with second homeowners, the inn still managed to maintain its authentic and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in a picturesque setting.
